rebranding + etalage concept

A complete makeover for Eecke , a fixture in real estate and syndication on the Belgian west coast in Nieuwpoort, Belgium. What started with the upgrade of the old logo, resulted in a complete new corporate identity. Sales and rental signs, envelopes, stationery, stickers, business cards, ring binders, presentation folders, gift certificates, ... Everything in terms of appearance was recorded in a brand book. Colors were chosen to distinguish the three sections sales/rental, vacation and syndic. This was continued in the communication with a small “ice-breaking” saying each time. Soon this unfolded into designing various gadgets such as car stickers, lanyards, umbrellas, stylos, beach rackets, beach chairs, bags. We were also involved in the concept and materialisation for the new offices, to be admired at Stad Nieuwpoort
